  • feta cheese
  • kalamata olives
  • liver pate
  • 5 grain crackers
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 perriers, splash of orange juice, lime, and maraschino cherries

7pm

  • pasta with rose sauce, tuna and spinach
  • 2 perriers, splash of orange juice, lime, and maraschino cherries

11pm

  • black licorice
  • 1 can of Schweppes Tonic Water (355ml – 31g of sugar)
