  • Vitamins: B1, B3 (niacin) Zinc, digestive enzymes
  • 6:45am urge: replaced with Coke
  • noon urge: replaced by having lunch at the office
  • normally I would have a drink on my way home; I replaced this habit by going kickboxing
  • after kickboxing I rewarded my self with a freshly squeezed Carrot, Golden Beet & Apple juice
  • evening urge: replaced by having jasmine tea and perrier

Food log:

  • Salami
  • Cheese
  • Asian vegetable and beef soup (Tonkinoise)
  • Subway steak salad
  • handful of pumpkin seeds
  • Carrot, golden beet & apple juice
  • Quinoa/brown rice pasta, with tomato sauce, mushrooms, spinach and Italian sausage
  • Perrier
  • Jasmine Tea
  • 2 butter cookies
  • water
